Founder & Director
Meet Lina Soeratman, Co-founder & Director of Collabox Creative Hub. Rooted deeply in Semarang with a strong background in architecture and the creative industry, Lina channels her expertise into Collabox’s mission of social entrepreneurship.
Active in Rotary since 1999, and serving as District Governor in 2022–2023, she has focused on initiatives addressing poverty, education, and public health. As both a leader and a hands-on maker, Lina embodies Collabox’s ethos: creativity that walks hand in hand with social responsibility.

Say hello to Laras Zita Tedjokusumo, Co-founder and Creative Lead of Collabox Creative Hub.
With six years of global experience across continents, Laras has earned international recognition from ASPaC Japan, Sunhak Peace Prize, AIAP Women in Design Award, and Deep Dive Finland. Together with Lina Soeratman, she built Collabox as a catalyst for local innovation and a home for bold creativity.

General Manager
Gemma Anindya Tedjokusumo is the General Manager of Collabox, bringing global hospitality and event management experience to Semarang’s creative ecosystem.
From international studies in Finland, Bali, and the Netherlands to leading national music festivals and working at one of the world’s top-ranked hotels in Amsterdam, Gemma now leads Collabox with a mix of global standards and youthful energy, creating a space where creativity and professionalism meet.
