We’re here to grow the creative economy of Semarang through space, programs, and people and we’d love for you to join the ride. At Collabox, interns don’t just assist, they create. You’ll get to experiment, learn, and make real things happen alongside a team that’s small, messy, and full of ideas.

What We’re Looking For

Design Intern

(Starting November 2025) — 6 months

You’ll help bring Collabox’s events and campaigns to life visually. Expect to design posters, social media content, decks, and branding materials. You’ll work closely with our marketing and events team, exploring how design tells stories that people actually want to see.

Business Data Analyst Intern

(Starting November 2025) - 4 months

This one’s about turning creativity into smart decisions. You’ll help track data from events, marketing, and operations, build reports, and spot patterns that guide the business side of Collabox. You’ll learn directly with the General Manager and see how creative ventures stay sustainable.

Event Intern

(Starting January 2026) — 6 months

If you like seeing ideas come to life, this is your spot. You’ll be part of the planning and running of Pindrikan Markt, Collactive, and Kelasrum. Expect to coordinate with creatives, vendors, and the public while helping the floor team keep everything smooth.

Marketing Intern

(Starting February 2025) — 6 months

Help us tell our story to the world. You’ll work on social media strategy, SEO, and content planning. You’ll also get to measure what works, play with ideas, and grow an audience that believes in the creative movement of Semarang.

Business Development Intern

(Starting March 2026) — 6 months

You’ll be part of the pre-opening team for Collabox’s new building. Your role includes helping with market research, developing business strategies, building partnerships, and crafting offers for potential tenants and collaborators.

This position is perfect for someone interested in creative entrepreneurship and eager to learn firsthand how to grow a business from the ground up.

What You’ll Get

Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00
