Meet Lina Soeratman, the Co-founder and Direktur of Collabox Creative Hub, where her Semarang roots and extensive experience in architecture and the creative industry converge. With a knack for negotiation, coaching, sales, entrepreneurship, and human relations, Lina channels her skills towards Collabox's sociopreneurial mission. Since 1999, she's been actively involved in community service through Rotary, culminating in her role as District Governor of Rotary D3420 in 2022-2023, where she focused on initiatives tackling poverty, hunger, stunting, and education access.

Beyond her professional roles, Lina is a committed crafter, constantly engaged in projects aimed at making a tangible impact. Whether it's leading the development of communication tools for the disabled or educating others on waste reuse, she tirelessly seeks avenues to contribute positively to society. Through her leadership and hands-on approach, Lina Soeratman embodies Collabox's ethos of innovation, compassion, and community engagement, shaping a future where creativity and social responsibility go hand in hand.

Meet Laras Zita Tedjokusumo, the creative spark of Collabox Creative Hub. Co-founding Collabox Creative Hub, she's all about design that packs a punch.

With 6 years of experience across the globe, she's crafted graphics, services, and strategies that have won the hearts (and awards!) of multinational NGOs and cool organizations. We're talking trophies from ASPaC in Japan, the Sunhak Peace Prize, the AIAP Women in Design Award, and even a Deep Dive competition in Finland (think design meets business!).

But awards are just the tip of the iceberg. Laras, a true explorer of creative sustainability, teamed up with Lina Soeratman to build Collabox. Why? To create a hub that ignites local innovation and lets creativity run wild!

Meet Gemma Anindya Tedjokusumo, your local Gen Z embodying Semarang roots with international experience! Graduating high school early in Finland and studied International Hospitality Management (Bali & Netherlands) at 16 (youngest ever!). Psst.. She also became her university's youngest Student Council President.

Gemma's event experience includes managing large-scale music festivals with A-listers to coordinating high-profile gatherings for diplomats and CEOs (think UN COP27). Now, after managing Forbes 10th coolest Hotel in the World in Amsterdam, she returns to Semarang to lead Collabox. Get ready for a global hospitality force with a youthful spark!
