Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer at Collabox is the guardian of our visual identity the person who ensures every piece of content, publication, and brand touchpoint is consistent, relevant, and full of character.

This role goes beyond making visuals. You’ll be creating visual experiences that represent Collabox’s creative ecosystem: human-centric, modern, and experimental.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Event, and Operations teams to translate Collabox’s stories into strong, meaningful visuals helping Collabox stay top of mind, alive, and creatively driven in every design output.

Key Responsibilities

Visual & Branding

• Create visual materials for social media, events, programs, proposals, and campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency (color, layout, tone, typography).

• Develop visual identities for Collabox programs (Parani, Pindrikan Markt, Kelasrum, CIRCLE, Blanj Art, etc.).

  
  

Documentation

• Capture simple photo/video documentation when needed.

• Edit visuals for social media and internal reports.

• Organize and manage documentation files in Collabox’s Drive system.

  
  

Creative & Concept

• Propose fresh and relevant visual ideas.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, installations, booths, and space activations.

  
  

Collaboration

• Coordinate with Event, Program, and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Support internal design needs (pitch decks, sponsor proposals, merchandise, etc.).

• Maintain a clear and organized design workflow (clean files, clear templates, accessible final assets).

Kualifikasi

• Lulusan Desain Grafis / DKV atau bidang relevan, dengan dasar desain yang kuat.

• Menguasai tools desain utama (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; Figma/Canva nilai tambah).

• Kreatif dan punya rasa ingin tahu tinggi, terbuka untuk eksplorasi gaya visual baru.

• Memiliki kemampuan time management dasar dan mau belajar mengatur proyek serta deadline dengan lebih baik.

• Komunikatif dan bertanggung jawab: berani bertanya, update progres, dan terbuka terhadap arahan.
